8 oz Sea Moss Gel Plain

Made with wild Irish sea moss from St Lucia, this gel improves the immune system, lowers blood pressure, helps with joint pain, increases energy, moisturizes the skin when applied topically, a good source of fiber, and helps support weight loss. Sea Moss is also high in iodine which helps regulate thyroid health.

Dosage amount: 1-2 tbsp daily with or without food. This product is great in smoothies, yogurt, tea, or by itself.
Must be refrigerated. Shelf life is up to 4 weeks.
